May 15, 2009 featured Sound in the Frying Pan, an installation of five site-specific compositions by emerging sound artists aboard the lightship Frying Pan, Pier 66 Maritime, NY, NY. Jessica Feldman, Ben Owen, Melissa Clark, Suzanne Thorpe, Philip White, Bart Bridger Woodstrup, and Richard Garet expanded our aural senses as they evoked sonic spectres and created alternative realities throughout multiple levels of the historic vessel.​
