Twilight is a work written for field recordings, electronics and group sing-along. Invoking the time of day when we shift from afternoon to night, the piece is begun by inviting the audience to sing a folk song about twilight, written especially for the composition. The group song is recorded and simultaneously folded into the piece as it develops, playing with ideas of memory, dreams and temporal space.
